Hello a wonderful Wednesday to all of you! I have made this tin about 2 weeks ago. I was lucky because i was able to submit this project to this weeks challenge over on "Stamp with Fun"!Lucas not neccesarly loves to go shopping with me to the craft stores but once we are there he runs to the bead section, lays on his tummy and is under the shelfes to find his treasures lol. It was time to make him something special so he could keep them nice and save. I used for that a Stampin up Hodgepodge tin :-) He liked the tin BUT mommy did not sort his beads in the right order! First thing he did was getting it all right :-) THAN i got my praise for making him the tin. lol
Papers: My Minds Eye (dont remember the line.. i have used for the tin my last precious scraps i had)
Tools: Making Memories (Slice for letters)
Embellishments: Tag and the wonderful nutical hardware from my friend Heidi!!
Some news for you:
We are starting a fun blog for our Old Magnolia Challenge next Wednesday, 10th June. Since starting our challenge a number of months ago, we’ve been asked by lots of bloggers if they could join in with us. So…this blog will be for all of you who have a love for all old Magnolia stamps and would love to show their creations. There won’t be prizes or sponsors, it is just going to be a meeting point for everybody to link the cards we all have made with the Magnolia stamps. We all hope to see you next week.
Oh I love this tin! I remember all my sons treasures, such as rocks! I love that paper. Anything red, and blue I just love! I love the summer Magnolia line 2008...and I am patiently waiting on the 2009 Summer line. Any idea how many more sleeps until it comes out!!!

You are an awesome Mom! What a darling tin - I just love those blues and the perfect coloring of Edwin! My oldest grandson just lost his first tooth - after seeing your tin from the other day I just had to order the stamp to try to make a tin something like yours, not a chance of making one as beautiful. I love the shimmer of that paper!! Hugs

Good Evening Claudia, I was studying the picture of Lucas and his new box, and I think I see a "splint" on that injured finger. I sure hope it is feeling less painful for him. It must be...the way he is sorting his beads and enjoying his new gift from Mom. Great job, both with the boy, and the box. :)
