Feeling A Little Hoarse?

The task on this weeks Magnolia Challenge blog is to create a "Get Well" project. I wanted to use the new Magnolia stamps. So i thought horse... hmm.. hoarse... and i got it. So i wanted to give some tea and some cough candy. But it did not work out what i had in mind. However i was able to incooperate my tea bag in the card :-) and instead of cough drops i will give chocolate. Hey.. who doesnt like good chocolate when you are sick in bed?! There are other days to count the calories.

The tea bag tag is decorated with the little horse of the new Magnolia line, isnt he cute?! Around the horse are some dragonflies.. i thought that was kind of funny.. i used to horseback riding back in Germany and when horses are outside on the field there are ALWAYS lots of flies :-) The dragonflies are stampes on a piece of acetate and cut out. I left a tiny bit of triangle shape on the bottom so i was able to attach this piece behind the horse and the glue is not visible. On the wings of the dragonflies is stickles. Love btw my new Cuttlebug embossing folders - on this card i used the new paisley folder. The heartshaped praline box is stamped on Shimmery White CS (even my husband was looking closely at this and asked how i added the shimmer) looks really soft. Tomorrow there will be no card on my blog i think it is time for a new crafty project. I will show you how to make this cute box. You can use this for chocolate, tea bags, put Prima Flowers inside for your crafting girl friend.

Thanks for stopping by today. I can not wait to see what you come up with. Next week is school again and i should have more time for blog hopping :-)
stamps: Magnolia (except the fern Art Impressions) Sentiment computer generated
CS: Chcoloate Chip, Pretty in Pink, Kraft, Ruby Red, Shimmery White, White, Very Vanilla,
tools: horizontal slot, Nestabilities, ticket corner, paisley embossing folder
embellishments: hodgepodge, ribbon SU
