Thank you – Just What We Wanted
Hello, thank you for all your sweet comments! I have not been feeling so great – my kids and i have since beginning of December a cough, which turns out to be Bronchitis. I have enjoyed the past days – staying longer in bed and hop to your blogs! Must say i have missed that!
So, now i am thinking what i can tell you about my card :-) First off.. it is water colored. Yes, right :-) this card was a order from one of my readers and she asked me if i would water color again. Lucky me, she really likes the card and I will post the card on Saturday to Germany. Thank you :-)
I think the last time i pulled my box out with the ink bottles was in early August. I just do not feel secure with this element.
What i like about this card is the paper with the image – it was picked by my husband :-) I wished i could color such nice flowers to the ground, so it would look even more like Tilda and Edwin are dancing for joy in a flower field. Well.. i have tried with patternd paper :-)
The card is for Cute Card Thursdays Challenge this week – were we would love to see your “thank you” cards. I bet Santa was good to all of you – and you are going to need a bunch :-)

… with all my love
Hello, ladies… here is a new Magnolia card. I used one of my most favorite paper pads from Basic Grey. I just like the bright colored papers… kind of reminds me of Jelly Beans. :-) I think they are just perfect with any of our cute images.
I tried to come up with a card layout using NO flowers. My stash is getting kind of low and i need a bunch of Copic refillers first, before i can order at Wild Orchid Crafts again. Every time i start adding flowers into my shopping cart, i almost faint what the number equals at the end :-) when iam “ready” to check out. Oh well… don’t get me wrong.. i actually really do like the cards that are not so extremely bulked up! It’s just what you see on blogs i know this is trendy right now and i want to do the same thing.

Simple Red & White
Hi there, today i am able to show you my Christmas cards made for Just Magnolia challenge blog.
I have had those small cards planed for a while. Actually in August i had just gotten my order from Cut Cardstock and they have added the card bases as samples in my box. I liked the way the edge looked.. red embossed and kind of cracked. Really different and way to nice to toss in the trash.
I wanted to keep the cards very simple and clean. I had planned to submit those cards to Magnolia Christmas issue but for some reason they never came out of my storage box “i had an idea, started a card and never finished it” Oh well :-) at least i came across those images and papers in time so i do not have to drag them trough 2011.

Christmas Gift Idea handmade jewlery
Hi there… back with my posting for Friday :-)
Today’s posting was inspired by Sharon’s challenge “Tags are Fun” see my posting from last night here.
Now Just Magnolia’s challenge for this week is “beads”. I have started to make some bracelets about 1 month ago – i always wanted to show you the photos. Anyhow… thought it would be a great way to make my bracelet actually look like the stings to attach the tag.
I have one really sweet girlfriend :-) not saying who it is… she loves red. She wore red high heels for her wedding and i know she wore last year for a Christmas party a really pretty red dress. So, purchased for her the a while back those big red beads with a combination of silver swirl bead and sparkly black ones and made this bracelet for her to give for Christmas. I really hope she likes it.
Here is a close up shot from the coloring. For some reason my camera had a hard time focusing.
Supplies for the tag:
Stamps: Tilda under Mistletoe
Circular Postmark sentiment
Paper: Basic Grey “Jovial”
Ribbon: Stampin up (red Satin)
Flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts
Coloring: Copic Sketch
brads
Supplies for bracelet: Michaels

Just For You
Hi there… pheewwww… so glad i found this card i can show today :-) made this card back in September.
What i like about the Magnolia’s is that the company has in each Collection a few images that are great to use on “all year round” occasions. So is this one from the current Merry Little Christmas Collection.Doesn’t she look sweet as on a Valentines card?
The template how to fold the heart can be found over on SCS – all i have done is print it onto the pink paper and than hand traced a off white mat around and cut out. You know me .. i just love my mats.
Sentiment: Stampin up
Papers: all by Magnolia can be found at Sir Stampalot
Flowers: provided by Magnolia
Lace/Ribbon from stash, hardware (Stampin up)

My Sweet Snowman
Hello my friends.. thanks for having a peek :-)
I am sure most of you have seen this card already on the “Just Magnolia” Challenge blog. This long weekend totally was so busy for me that i barely had time to be on the computer and even forgot to schedule my postings. Oh well.. so this is my card for today.
There is not too much to say about the process except … some tearing on the edges so it looks worn and also i pulled out my Versamark inkpad and some white detail embossing powder to heat emboss the edges of my paper to make it look “snowy”, glitter just felt too much since i have Stickles on the hats and coat and Twinklet on the ground for snow.
Stamp: Tilda with snowman I really love this onw… totally cute AND i can use this card for Christmas cards and “Thank You” notes after Christmas.
Papers: BoBunny 6x6
Sentiment: retired LeLo Design
Embellishments: Gems, Stampin up ribbon
Tools: Marianne Design dies
Coloring: Copic Sketch

Next Edition - Valentines
My card on the back cover :-) yeaaahhh… so proud… unfortunately credit to me has not been given. Oh well… :-)
Below you can see my original card – I must say i like my own photo a tick better. I just like bright colors. In real my cards are not as pale colored, below picture gives you a much better idea how the card looked like. I am quite excited to see what the Design Team came up with. I received 2 stamps from older lines (2008/2009) to make 2 cards for the new forthcoming issue – so i am curious to see of course any new images just as you all are.
Stamps: Magnolia “Wilma”
Papers: Basic Grey 6x6
Tools: Magnolia Doohickey Tilda’s Lace border
I have used Barbro’s cute King Cavalier Spaniel puppy “Magnolia” as sample to color my image it.
Magnolia have some news which is about the re-design of the Inspiration Blog happening tomorrow!!! Magnolia Ink is also going to have a new design from next year

Merry Christmas
Hello, thanks for swinging by today.
I would love to show you a rather simple card, using just 1 sheet of 6x6 Designer Paper. Keeps the bulk to a minimum :-)
The sketch for this card is by Caz for this weeks Cute Card Thursday Challenge. If you do not know the measurements, in memory cause you have made a card like this before… here is what i did, i used some scrap paper and cut those into my stripes first, arranged them on my card base and than cut into my precious Design Paper.
Not sure if you can tell.. Tilda is cut out and popped up onto some spacer. Hahahaha doesn’t it look like i wanted it to be this way??? Gee i almost had to toss this card. I was finished.. her hair was dark brown and her dress was “off white” really i must say i almost liked it that way better. Than i thought…ooh i fix one more time over the lines in her face and for some reason the ink on her eyes smeared all over her nose. It really looked horrible. I tried to fix it but it got even worse. So… this is how i ended up with a card like that :-)
Supplies: Tilda with Star ornament
Dies: Magnolia Old Lace Doo Hickey
Sentiment: Stampin up
Papers: 7 Gypsies 6x6 pack
Magnolia have some news which is about the re-design of the Inspiration Blog happening on 1st December so I'm looking forward to seeing it. Magnolia Ink is also going to have a new design from next year

Love ~14 Feb ~ Love
Hello ladies… today i would love to show you MY personal favorite of the 4 cards i have made for Magnolia to choose from, to advertise for the new Valentines issue on backside of the magazine.
Remember..the stamps were not “my choice” the images were determined by Magnolia, what the company would love to feature from their line of stamps and papers.
The obvious choice was to combine Heartbreaker Edwin with with the chocolate box. For a brief moment i thought about a combination of the Puppoy with the box, but i had just a short time frame to finish the given task and post my cards to Sweden.
I like to keep flowers on Edwin cards less and rather play with hardware.
Stamps: Heartbreaker Edwin, Chocolate box and sentimant can be found at Magnolia Papers: supplied by Magnolia Embellishments: flowers (my supply), ribbon and ribbon buckle (Stampin up my own supplies)
Stickles
Coloring: Copic and Watercolors
