Summer & Sea Collection card

Saturday was happy mail day for me :-) i my new Summer & Sea Magnolia stamps, a hudge package from Donalda - she helped me out with white CS - and some Nestabilities arrived. Donalda has some blog candy up for grasp.. if you like the Die cuts i used on my cards (like the swirls).. check it out she is giving some of them away. I mounted all my stamps and started coloring in.. so this morning when i saw on Bea's blog that she had made a super sketch Ismaki. I was almost there :-) I just had to do some cutting and sweing to finish my card. Check out Bea's personal blog... she has in her sidebar some fabulous sketches posted. On this card i did not use any Prima flowers on purpose. I wanted to show that you do not need big mbellishments to make a card nice and just let the image shine. Just a few simple pieces of hardware were used and i like it! This way i believe this card could be also sent to a male.


Stamps: Magnolia Summer Sea Collection 2008 (picket fence is from a previous line)
Sentiment: Amuse Elzybells line
Paper CS: Stampin up (Fall Flowers) and Bazzill CS
Embellishments: Stampin up hardware Hodgepodge, Nestabilities (for tag and circle), narrow olive poly twill ribbon
Coloring: Copics, Prismacolor Pencils, White gel pen, Twinkeling H2O

    PS. Mit den Supracolor Aquarellstiften bin ich super zufrieden, bin total happy damit. Danach nochmal mit den Twinklings drüber, gibt einen tollen Effekt.
